Costa Blanca renovations, town by town.

The Costa Blanca is not one market. A hillside villa in Jávea, a seafront apartment in Calpe and a townhouse in Orihuela Costa raise very different questions — about access, permits, communities and climate. CostaVeyra manages complete renovations along the whole coast, with that local knowledge built into every project.

Costa Blanca North

Cliffs, coves and pine-covered hillsides from Dénia to Altea. Mostly villas on sloping plots, many built between the 1970s and 2000s, with a long-established international community.

Jávea (Xàbia)

Jávea's villas sit on hillsides between the Montgó and the sea, and most renovations here are shaped by the slope as much as by the house itself.

Moraira (Teulada-Moraira)

Moraira is a place of low-density villas among the pines, and most renovations here are about updating a classic Spanish-style house without losing its character.

Altea

Altea combines a whitewashed hilltop old town with hillside villas and gated developments looking out across the bay, and renovation here asks for a strong design sense.

Calpe (Calp)

Calpe has one of the largest stocks of seafront apartments on the northern Costa Blanca, alongside hillside villa areas looking towards the Penyal d'Ifac.

Benissa

Benissa has two faces: a historic inland town surrounded by terraced countryside, and a quiet coastal strip of coves and generous villa plots.

Dénia

Dénia is a working town with a port, a castle and two very different coastlines, and that variety runs through its housing.

Alicante & Central

The provincial capital, Playa de San Juan and El Campello, plus Finestrat and Benidorm. Urban apartments, townhouses and villas close to the airport and city life.

Alicante

Alicante is a provincial capital first and a resort second, and its renovations reflect that: city-centre apartments in older buildings, flats and villas around Playa de San Juan and Cabo de las Huertas, and townhouses in established neighbourhoods.

We also manage renovations in El Campello, Finestrat, Benidorm.

Costa Blanca South

Wide beaches, salt lagoons and golf from Guardamar to Pilar de la Horadada. Villas, townhouses and apartments, mostly from the 1980s onwards, often within urbanisations.

Torrevieja

Torrevieja's housing is dominated by apartments, bungalows and duplexes built mostly from the 1980s onwards, alongside detached villas, and many are now ready for a thorough update.

Orihuela Costa

Orihuela Costa is the coastal part of the municipality of Orihuela, made up of urbanisations such as Cabo Roig, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Campoamor and Villamartín, plus golf communities.

We also manage renovations in Guardamar, Pilar de la Horadada.
