Why we exist
A beautiful house, and one team to trust with it.
Every year, people from across Europe buy homes on the Costa Blanca. Many of those houses need work — sometimes a kitchen, often much more. And almost everyone faces the same question: who can I trust with this?
Too often, the owner ends up as the project manager: chasing an architect, a builder, a pool firm and a kitchen studio, in another language, from another country. That is where renovations become stressful and expensive.
CostaVeyra was created to take that role away from you. We define the project with you, then manage the complete renovation — design direction and interior architecture, the architect and permits where needed, budgets, construction, installations, finishes, the pool and the garden — through to the final handover.
The work is delivered by our project team together with a network of selected architects, contractors and specialist trades on the Costa Blanca, all coordinated by CostaVeyra. You deal with one point of contact, from the first conversation to the day you receive the keys.
